Summit Entertainment has confirmed that Ty Olsson will be playing Phil Dwyer, Reneé’s husband and Bella’s step-father in the film.
Phil was very briefly in the original Twilight, however he was played by another actor named Matt Bushel. Ty will be taking over the role for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
